My stay at this hotel was simply amazing. The rooms were excellent, offering a relaxing atmosphere with delightful treats from housekeeping. The breakfast was top-notch, mostly table service with some buffet options. The large bathroom with a marvelous waterfall shower added to the luxury.

The location was ideal for exploring Hyde Park and shopping on Oxford Street, albeit on the tail end of renovations. Dining at Akatoki was lovely, but there were minor service delays. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
